From 1 July 2018, Ventia will provide incident response and maintenance services for the Lane Cove Tunnel and Hills M2 Motorway.
Ventia will provide Transurban and its road users with a new, tailored service delivery model that builds upon Ventia’s existing maintenance contract on the Eastern Distributor and Cross City Tunnel.
Transurban’s Group Executive NSW Business, Kristine Cooney said Transurban values a high calibre operations and maintenance model to deliver customer satisfaction to its road users.

Ventia’s Executive General Manager Asset and Infrastructure Services Peter Handel said Ventia is able to leverage operational efficiencies drawing on existing experience.
“Drawing on Ventia’s experience on other local transport contracts enabled us to deliver an approach that is tailored specifically to Transurban’s current and future requirements,” said Peter.

Motorists can expect a seamless transition when Ventia begin its maintenance services on the Lane Cove Tunnel and Hills M2 Motorway on 1 July 2018, and incident response services from 1 October 2018.
